Warranty Claims for Inverters and Photovoltaic Panels 2.1. A complaint or need for servicing an inverter or module is understood as a report regarding the malfunction of the device, technical defects, or any other undesirable effects occurring during the use of the product. 2.2. In the case of a warranty claim concerning inverters/modules or accessories, it is recommended that the Customer contacts the manufacturer directly. In justified cases, Menlo allows the possibility of acting as an intermediary in submitting warranty claims to the manufacturer. The detailed terms of such intermediation will be determined between the Parties. 2.3.
